Nearing 50 and facing a pre-diabetic diagnosis, Ann decided to take charge of her health and her future. After losing over 80 pounds she started running, and soon picked up triathlon. Instead of running out of fear she found joy, and she’s never stopped! Her advice is “don’t worry about sucking.”
